About me
Nils is Head of Product Experimentation at Zalando. Previous to this, he oversaw product and growth at Contentful and has also worked at several startups as part of the founding team (Likeminded and Lantern). Nils is the author of two German-language books: Product-Market Fit and Experimentelle Produktentwicklung. He presented his research paper: Metrics for Experimentation Programs: Categories, Benefits and Challenges at the XP Conference in Brugg in 2025 and wrote another on Use Cases for Artificial Intelligence in the Product Experimentation Lifecycle. In 2025, Nils has spoken at Experimentation Elite, The International Conference on Agile Software Development, Booking.com Conference, Emerce Conversion & Analytics, and Experimentation Unite.
