Craig has 20 years of experience in A/B Testing and is an experimentation consultant. Over his career, he has worked with global brands in over 19 languages and 33 countries, such as Belron International Ltd., LOVEFiLM, John Lewis, and Waitrose. Craig has delivered talks for ConversionBoost, Econsultancy, Conversion Conference, eMetrics, Etail, and Drapers, and has over 15k followers on X. He co-authored "AI Playbook for Research, CRO & Experimentation" and was recognised for his work in AI Influencing Experimentation by Kameleoon, in the Experimentation Thought Leadership Awards in 2024.
